The Opportunity
The Administration Officer (Sport) provides high-quality administrative and operational support to the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Sport Department. This is a temporary full-time position, commencing as soon as possible and concluding at the end of Term 1, supporting the day-to-day administration of the department, including communications, student records, digital systems, sporting events, registrations, purchasing and general enquiries.
A key focus of the role will be supporting a departmental review to document current processes and workflows and help inform the future operating model for Sport at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú. Working closely with the Heads of Sport, Administration Manager and other College staff, the successful applicant will help develop efficient, consistent and well-organised systems across the department.
This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator who is highly organised, confident working with digital systems and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. Experience in a school or sporting environment would be highly regarded.
